Did you know? 70% of couples trust a business more when they see both positive and negative reviews. 

  • First, don’t panic! You’ve got this. Take a few minutes to read, understand, and gather the facts around the negative review. The more information you have, the easier it will be to craft a response. 
  • Relax. Avoid your instincts to reply back immediately and rashly–take a deep breathe and clear your mind before crafting your response.
  • Respond within 48 hours. Keep your response brief and sincere! Thank them for their review, acknowledge that you did not meet their expectations and offer to continue the conversation offline.
