2015-08-10_17-34-08

Ricky from Ricky Stern Photography is not scared to admit that reviews can be a bit nerve-wracking! How does he combat his fears? He walks into every client meeting with a smile and determined to get a positive review. With three consecutive The Knot Best of Weddings awards under his belt and an overall 5-star rating, here are his top tips for getting positive reviews:

  1. Shoot for the stars. Go above and beyond for your clients, provide top-notch service every step of the way and make it easy for them to leave you a 5-star review.
  2. Be friendly. If you are friendly, welcoming and professional, it will make it that much easier for couples to leave you a glowing review.
  3. Say thank you. Couples put a lot of time and effort into their big day, so let them know how honored you were to be a part of it and thank them at the end of your service–this will leave a positive lasting impression.
