DID YOU KNOW? 80% of consumers are reassured when management responds to a negative review.
Instead of thinking of a negative review as damaging to your business, think of it as an opportunity!
Here are 3 simple tips on how you can manage negative reviews effectively:
- Read. Read the entire review and gather the facts around the negative feedback–the more informed you are, the better you’ll be able to craft a professional response.
- Relax. Avoid your instincts to reply back immediately and rashly–take a deep breathe and clear your mind before crafting your response.
- Respond. Keep your response brief and sincere! Thank them for their review, acknowledge that you did not meet their expectations and offer to continue the conversation offline.
