Steve shared what couples want in today’s mobile world, as well as expert tips and advice for leveraging those trends to engage couples and drive leads for your wedding business.
The top three takeaways:
- Use great (wedding) apps. Focus on apps that connect effectively, organize contacts, educate prospects (with photos!) and enable quick, easy communication (email, click-to-call, text).
- Make your website mobile-friendly. Focus on having clean designs and simple content, such as your value proposition, beautiful photos, reviews, clear business info and call/email functionality.
- Go mobile in your communication. Be flexible with communication methods (i.e., text and email), and provide access to more photos of your work via cloud (i.e., Dropbox, Google Drive). Remember to always provide engaging, strong customer service via text and email (“the why”).
